However, if you have a PPO plan we can help verify if you have Out-of-Network benefits. I use a service called Thrizer that automatically submits superbills for you and allows you to only pay a copay for my sessions, typically saving clients on average 70% of my full rate every session.
We do not make any guarantees of reimbursement.
*Coaching is not covered by Insurance, Out of Network benefits, or HSA.

Out of pocket session costs vary depending on the type of service provided (click on link below to see rates). We accept payment in the form of credit/debit and HSA cards.
If you have a PPO plan and Out of Network Benefits, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for some reimbursement for medication management and therapy services. We can review this process and further discuss Out of Network billing options during an initial consultation. We do not make any guarantees of reimbursement.
Session cost for clients in the state of Colorado who are using in network insurance benefits are determined by coverage provider, service type, deductibles and copayments.
